Railway concrete sleepers
The 150 years old indian railways having 65000 km of tracks comprising of narrow, meter and broad gauges have decided to convert its tracks to unigauge i.e. Broad gauges have decided to convert its track to ensure to unigauge i.e. Broad gauge, in a massive way in order to ensre uniforminty and faster mobility. Malu group has set up two units viz. Malu sleepers(pvt.) Ltd. Birur (karnataka state) and malu sleepers (maharastra) pvt. Ltd. , at daund, (maharasstra state) each with a 200 thousand sleepers per year manufacturing capacity. Both the units are leading supplier of sleepers, check rails, ballast-less sleepers etc. To southern railway & central railway of the indian railways for the past 10 years. The above units have become ‘flagship companies’ of the group. The companies are iso 9001 certified.

The group has set up transmission line poles manufacturing units at bangalore, gulbarga, mandya & electricity boards like karnataka power transmission corporation ltd., karnataka vidyuth kharkane, besides several private housing & township layouts, industrial undertaking etc.

The group also manufactures steel wires of different gauges for their concrete products as a backward integration.
Malu group’s wire manufacturing unit set up at belgaum with 10,000 mts. Annual capacity has bagged the largest single party order from the indian railways.

Robust and ready to plant sandal nursery saplings (3 to 4 yrs. Old) are available for sale for mass plantation.
